Things to note:

We are so fortunate to have such wonderful up-lines. (including Marcy Snodgrass, a blue diamond, who offers a business builders Facebook group with great information as well.

Elena Brower, a double diamond, offers 2 online meetings a month. (Make sure you are subscribed to her team email to receive dates, The dates are also posted at the top of our Facebook group and posted in our Guided Within team calendar.)

These are recorded and available on Essential Practice. (There are several sections “Momentum” and “Business Tools” that are especially helpful as you create your business. )

Are you the mentor? 

The best mentors are completely focused on their mentee during the session and are sharp in knowing what + who to connect their mentee with based on the conversation.

Are you being mentored? 

The best mentee comes to a mentoring session prepared to first talk about what actions they took based on the last mentoring session and what results that created. They also come prepared to a session with their questions - time with a mentor is VIP time. 

Complete the mentor form that your upline utilizes. 

Send your completed sheets to your upline every month to help you make the most of your mentor call time! Your responses and your team growth will dictate the frequency of the calls you have with your upline.


TIP: Once completed - look at your sheet daily before you begin your doTERRA work. It will help guide what you focus on!

Sample Mentoring Plan

With Front Line/Qualifying Leaders (ideas)

  • In first month together - mentor weekly for 1 - 2 months. Teach first 1-2 classes if local. Lead 3 way calls with first 1-2 people enrolled for welcome call. Lead 3 way call for first 1-2 people interested in Biz Opportunity. Go for dinner or pedi - something fun together!

  • 1 x 1:1 call a month - first week of the month. Review Biz Heartbeat Sheet

  • 1 x group biz jam - last week of the month. All to share a lesson + a success in the last month

With Enrolled sharers/builders:

  •  Welcome them to biz builder group wall and point out pinned post at top + description section of FB group

  •  3 x 1:1 calls:

    • Welcome call/membership overview. Why + Vision. Give them the Biz Blueprint to start working on

    • Setting Up their Office: 100 contact list, order samples + usage guides + CIAB. Send BUILD guide prior for them to review. Setup replicated website and show them where to send people to enroll.

    • Their Biz Plan/Rank Worksheet based on their 3 month goal. Biz Heartbeat sheet. How many hours are they planning to put into their DT biz? 

BEGIN Program: Your first 3 months building your biz! 

  • Participate as either part of a group mentoring program or 1:1 with your mentor

  • GOAL: Reach Elite or Premier in first 90 days
